Yes. Recently generated quizzes and chat replies are cached on your device. If you lose connection, you can still review and answer cached questions — they'll sync when you're back online.

Yes. PassIt Mike is a Progressive Web App. On supported browsers, an install prompt appears automatically; you can also tap your browser's Share → Add to Home Screen.
